This outlines the roles, responsibilities and expectations for those who want to join our team as a volunteer backpacker.

1. Purpose and Mission:
HomeAwe aims to provide a trustworthy platform for volunteers, offering unique experiences in various programs, projects and NGOs across the globe.
As a volunteer backpacker, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission.
Get to choose your next destination and just go and travel in your own time and your own money and discover new volunteering opportunities for everyone.
If you enjoy your experience and it feels really worth traveling there.. then it's your lucky day, because you have the opportunity to add it to our Platform under your management according to our rules and values (Responsibilities and Duties).

2. Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Volunteer Backpacker with HomeAwe, you are expected to:
✔ Travel to designated volunteer programs, hosts and projects selected by HomeAwe, or programs, hosts and projects that you have found and been approved by HomeAwe.
✔ Document your experiences through videos, photos and written content that align with HomeAwe's values and messaging.
✔ Collaborate with HomeAwe to promote programs and projects through HomeAwe's Instagram page and other social media platforms.
✔ Provide comprehensive information and insights about your experience to prospective volunteers interested in joining the same program.
✔ Ensure timely communication and attendance of arranged meetings.
✔ Cooperate with the technical team by providing necessary footage, pictures, details and information.
✔ As a manager for your programs you need to make interviews with potential volunteers, accept them if they are qualified and find a system with the program / host / project / NGO to connect our volunteers to their system.
(HomeAwe technical team will guide you through this process).
✔ Honest and responsible.
✔ Represent our message and values to the accepted volunteers.
✔ Represent our country in the best way you can.

3. Program Selection:
You must select programs and places based on quality, ethical considerations and alignment with HomeAwe's values.
Prioritize providing a good experience over monetary gains.

4. Commission:
You are entitled to a commission for each successful signup resulting from your collaboration, with the amount determined by the founder and CEO of HomeAwe, ranging between $100-$300 based on effort and performance.

5. Conditions for Acceptance:
To be accepted as a volunteer backpacker, you must:
✔ Be a solo traveler or a previous volunteer with HomeAwe.
✔ Possess effective English language communication skills.
✔ Be proficient in video creation and editing.
✔ Be willing to actively engage on social media.
✔ Have identified and confirmed a new host/program for collaboration.

6. Confidentiality:
Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to HomeAwe, its programs, hosts and projects.
